Tender pre-qualification

Most contracts whose value exceeds £50,000, will follow a two-stage process:

1. Interested suppliers will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire.
2. A shortlist of applicants will be invited to tender.

The pre-qualification questionnaire re-assures us that our suppliers are set-up in a secure and robust manner and that they have the capacity and capability to fulfill the contract to the required standard.  

The evaluation panel considers all the information provided in the questionnaire and attachments. Not all applicants will be short-listed as there are usually too many applications for each contract.
